Faith Bible Church is led and shepherded (Acts 20:28; 1 Pet. 5:1-4) by a plurality of biblically qualified elders (1 Tim. 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9) who serve the church in unity in order to nurture the spiritual good of the flock for the glory of Christ, who is the Head.
At FBC, biblically qualified deacons (1 Tim. 3:8-13) serve under the oversight of the elders to free them up (for their teaching and shepherding responsibilites) in a variety of helpful areas.
 | Greg Anderson - Deacon
Greg and his wife Anna were co-founders of FBC back in 2002. Greg serves as our finance deacon. He and his wife also teach 3rd-5th graders in our Children's Ministry. They have three children: Jack, Collette, and Samantha. Greg is a partner in a law firm. He enjoys the outdoors - surfing, mountain biking, and spending time with his family. Greg's favorite authors include John Piper and John MacArthur. |
 | Joe Koh - Lay Elder
Joe and his wife Michelle were also co-founders of FBC back in 2002. Joe serves as our Children's Ministry lay pastor and leads a Care Group. He and his wife currently teach the Jr. High group on Sunday mornings. They have three children: Taylor, Kellie, and Katie. Joe is the purchaser for a commercial plumbing company. He enjoys spending time with his family, any and all sports, and is a huge Angels and Ducks fan. |
 | John Koh - Teaching Pastor/Elder
John and his wife Karna joined FBC in 2003 as the teaching pastor. John graduated from The Master's Seminary (M.Div.) in 1992 and served in two previous churches as a College/Teaching pastor and Family and Children's Pastor. They have four children: Daniel, Hannah, Rachel, and Caleb. John enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and golfing. Our Care Groups (home Bible studies) are led and shepherded by faithful men and their wives. These men also serve as part of the overall Leadership Team and help to give valuable input into the direction and decisions of the Elders.

Jon and his wife Alyssa have four children - Hannah, Katie, Sarah, and Maggie. Jon is a realtor in Orange County and has been a faithful part of the FBC family since 2005. Jon also serves by keeping our Resource Table stocked with great Christian books. |
 | Don Downs
Don and his wife Darlene are faithful servants of Christ. Don is a retired dentist and invests much of his time to kingdom priorities. They have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. |

Nick Kalena - Youth Group Leader
Nick serves as our Youth Group intern/shepherd and has served in a previous church as the Jr. High pastor. He and his wife Jodi have three children - Shane, Nate, and Brynn. |

Matt and his wife Brianne joined the church plant in 2003 from Spokane, WA. He graduated from the Master's Seminary (M.Div. '06). They have two children - Jacob and Andrew. |
